Non-Refundable Donations:

Any donations made to Atmavat Animal Welfare Foundation are non-refundable.

Utilization of Donations:

Donations provided to Atmavat Animal Welfare Foundation will be utilized for Animal Welfare, encompassing but not limited to Rescue Cases, Animal Care, Hospital Bills, Emergency Care, and Foster Care, among other initiatives aimed at assisting stray animals.

Allocation of Funds:

Atmavat Animal Welfare Foundation is not obligated to inform individual donors about the specific allocation of funds or the cases for which the funds will be utilized.

Discretionary Spending Authority:

Atmavat Animal Welfare Foundation reserves all rights to decide and allocate donations based on the priority of cases and the organization’s overall objectives in supporting the welfare of animals.
